Under Clara’s vision as CEO and her children’s innovative leadership, Ellison-Bell Shipping had become the highest-rated green maritime logistics firm in North America, employing over five thousand people and donating twenty percent of its annual net profits directly to maternal healthcare initiatives.
At a global trade summit in New York, Clara stood beside her three children as the international maritime board awarded Ellison-Bell the Global Leadership & Humanitarian Award.
A young business reporter approached Clara near the stage, holding up a microphone.
"Ms. Ellison," the reporter asked, "twenty-five years ago, your former husband's company went bankrupt while Ellison-Bell rose to become a market titan. Looking back, what was the secret to your insurmountable success?"
Clara looked at Julian standing tall in his custom suit, Grace conversing warmly with a group of non-profit leaders, and Leo reviewing port schematics on his tablet.
