Chapter 17 - The Geneva Academy FoundationTwo weeks after arriving in Switzerland, Eliza stood in the central atrium of the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève.

Beside her stood Celeste Monroe and Arthur Sterling. Surrounding them were fifty young student musicians from sixteen different countries, holding violins, cellos, flutes, and clarinets.

"Ladies and gentlemen," Arthur announced to the gathered audience of parents and faculty, "Crown Atlantic Airlines, in partnership with Monroe AeroCapital, is proud to officially launch the Monroe Youth Music Fellowship."

A warm round of applause echoed through the stone atrium.

"This fellowship," Arthur continued, "provides full travel, tuition, and premium transatlantic transport for gifted young musicians from underrepresented communities around the world. No young artist should ever face barriers—financial or operational—on their way to sharing their gift with the world."

Celeste stepped forward, placing a gentle hand on Eliza’s shoulder. "When Eliza sat in seat 1A a year ago, she proved that talent and discipline belong at the front of the room. Today, we are opening those doors for fifty more children every single year."

One of the fellowship recipients—a fourteen-year-old cellist from Kenya named David—stepped forward, holding his instrument. "Thank you, Miss Monroe. Because of this fellowship, I can bring my cello to Europe for the first time."

Eliza smiled warmly at him. "Your music earned you this place, David. Enjoy every minute of your flight."
